We are looking for a curious, creative, and data-obsessed insights pro who understands the intersection of retail, CPG, and consumer behavior - especially in the health, wellness, OTC, and pharmacy space. This a REMOTEposition for candidates currently based in the United States. Candidates must be physically located in the US to be considered.

Job Description

What will you do:

  • Demonstrate fluency in NIQ's methodologies, solutions, and analytic platforms using logic to craft compelling, insight-driven stores that influence retail decision makers.
  • Create insight-rich, visually compelling presentations that showcase the power of NIQ data and tools - driving client interest, sparking new conversations, and opening doors for deeper partnership
  • Leverage your understanding of retail and CPG business dynamics to diagnose client challenges and uncover opportunities in merchandising strategy and shopper engagement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to shape deliverables that are actionable and engaging.
  • Contribute to NIQ's growing authority in the health and wellness retail space, helping position us at the go-to source for timely trend-forward insight.
  • Stay immersed in the health and wellness retail industry assembling resources that inform our perspectives and fuel our external voice and expertise.

A Little About You:

  • You love data, and you have the organic curiosity to find the "so what". You don't just build decks - you design stories that engage key shareholders, sparking curiosity, driving action, and creating a desire to dive deeper.
  • You've created and delivered high-impact presentations to brand or retail stakeholders in merchandising, marketing, or consumer insights - translating complex data sets into sharp, strategic narratives. You understand the retail ecosystem and its many influences, and how brands retailers and brands use data to make decisions.
  • You may have worked with or around health and wellness brands, wellness influencers, or retail pharmacy, and understand the nuance behind product attributes, functional benefits, and consumer trust in this space.
  • You are a natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments - whether you are partnering with clients or facilitating conversation with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teammates.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail industry experience required in merchandising, shopper/consumer marketing, supply chain, manufacturer-retailer relationships
  • Proficient in syndicated POS or panel data tools (NIQ, Circana/IRI, Numerator, or Dunnhumby).
  • MS Excel expertise and the ability to tumble complex datasets: to include v/x-lookup, sum/if; Working knowledge of SQL, Python, other coding languages and BI tools (Power BI/Tablaeu)
  • Rich experience creating compelling and engaging PowerPoint presentations from complex data sets and ideas
  • Moves with a sense of urgency, perseverance, and client-first mentality
  • Ability to multi-task successfully and independently manage multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Collaborator with strong oral and written communication skills; Must be a good listener
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary withan anticipatedbase compensation of the following range: $83,700 - $95,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
