Overview:
Lead Phase 2 of an enterprise-wide digital marketing transformation focused on personalization.
This role oversees 10 interdependent, technology-driven workstreams within a large Salesforce-based marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
Own the overall program roadmap, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting
Drive delivery across 10 parallel workstreams without direct people management
Hold workstream leads accountable and provide governance frameworks
Communicate progress and risks clearly to senior leadership
Partner with a Delivery Manager while serving as the program lead

Requirements:
Proven experience leading large, complex transformational programs
Strong executive communication and accountability skills
Ability to perform in high-pressure environments and ramp up immediately
Technical background preferred (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CRM)
PMP preferred; PROSCI a plus
Financial services experience helpful
