Infrastructure Consultant/Architect with Azure

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Infrastructure Consultant/Architect with Azure for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Create foundational designs (e.g., Hub-and-Spoke), hybrid connectivity (ExpressRoute, VPN), and secure network topologies (VNet, App Gateway)
• Deploy and configure Azure resources (VMs, storage, databases, identity) using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, JSON, Terraform)
• Implement security controls, manage access (Azure AD), ensure data privacy, and design disaster recovery/backup solutions
• Assist with cloud migrations, optimize existing environments for cost and performance, and provide ongoing management
• Work with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

• Azure Services: IaaS, PaaS, Azure Networking, Identity (Azure AD), Security, Governance
• Networking: Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Firewalls, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways
• Security: Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure Firewall, Azure Policies, Identity Management
• Automation: PowerShell, Bicep, JSON, Azure CLI, Terraform
• Frameworks: Azure Well-Architected Framework, Cloud Adoption Framework
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Azure solutions
• Strong understanding of IT operations, including security, networking, and business continuity
• Experience with solution documentation (HLD/LLD)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly valued
