Job Summary Equinix is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Digital Experience to join our Dallas office. In this role, you will design, build, and launch scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements using a state-of-the-art technology stack and best engineering practices. You will be responsible for building critical applications and features at a global scale, delivering a world-class experience for the Equinix procurement function. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the technical roadmap, serve as the primary technical SME, and collaborate across IT, security, and business teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable AI-driven applications. This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies across the full stack-modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, and HTML5, combined with robust back-end platforms like Node.js, Express.js, Django, and Spring Boot-to solve complex, real-world problems. We're looking for someone with exceptional engineering fundamentals, a deep understanding of scalable architecture, and strong product intuition to deliver high-impact solutions with precision. The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
