The Role:

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Bally's, you will become a strategic business partner to the VP of Finance and the General Manager overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions. You will interpret financial results and collaborate with the leadership team to improve Bally's financial performance, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:



  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Formulate, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company initiatives, and organizational goals, including, but not limited to, the company's Internal Controls
  • Oversee the preparation of various financial statements and ad hoc analytical reports
  • Responsible for the preparation and presentation of operating and capital budgets
  • Responsible for the preparation and presentation of financial results to management
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
  • Provide long-term financial forecasts aligned with corporate strategies
  • Analyze key business drivers, trends and performance metrics; deliver insights to executive leadership
  • Assists with preparation of internal and external audit material as external financial reporting
  • Select, train, and develop staff through education, training, coaching, mentoring, and corrective action
  • Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Must have seven years of progressively professional experience in a related field
  • Must have five years of experience in financial analysis
  • Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite, ACSC and Oracle applications
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
