Required: There is a 6 week/40 hours a week training commitment that is required which could include day/evening/overnight + weekend training before you go into your overnight shift. Full flexibility is needed during this training period.
Position Summary/ Department Summary: Patient Experience Representative (overnight rotating shift). Emergency Department. BCH offers a strong shift differential. 11:00pm-7:30am. $2,000 sign-on bonus (terms/taxes apply. Current BCH employees, agency temps or BCH temps not eligible). In this role you are working at the front desk area of the Emergency Department, interacting with patients, their family members our nursing staff and other internal departments. You will be doing a variety of administrative/customer service skills in this role. It is a great way to learn about the hospital and support our patients and their family members. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
