The OpportunitySite Services at Genentech is seeking a Security Manager to lead tactical operations at our Roche Innovation Center of Philadelphia (RICP). This role requires a strong practitioner with a proven track record in physical security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This position is based in Philadelphia, PA with a majority of time spent on-site. This position reports to the Director of Security for RICP and will act as the Deputy SSO (Site Security Officer). Requirements
Relocation benefits are not available for this posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Pennsylvania is $89,900.00 - $166,900.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
