Description This person will be a financial gatekeeper, reviewing, validating, and approving payment requests submitted by dealerships and repair facilities, all while maintaining the integrity of the payment systems. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working independently Review and validate authorized automotive claims submitted by dealerships and repair facilities. * Compare repair orders and supporting documentation against approved claim amounts. * Ensure payment accuracy by verifying alignment with contract terms and conditions. * Analyze transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain consistency across payment systems. * Process payments efficiently through a daily queue-paying claims or requested necessary documentation via email based on documentation received. * Maintain financial integrity by adhering to internal policies and procedures. * Participate in team meetings but otherwise complete tasks with a high degree of autonomy.
