What you will be doing: You will be accountable for defining and leading PMI's Business-to-Academia (B2A) strategy worldwide, ensuring consistent and scalable engagement with universities, students, and faculty across all of our Regions. This role will unify existing and future academic offerings, including accreditation of degree programs, university partnerships, student membership and engagement, and research collaborations-into a cohesive global framework that strengthens the academic pipeline of the Project Management profession and positions PMI as the partner of choice for higher education institutions. The Director will collaborate closely with Regional leaders and internal teams such as Channel, Marketing, Product, and our Community team to align academic initiatives across markets, balancing global strategy with local adaptation.
