As a Commercial Banking Center Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of relationship managers and support staff to deliver exceptional service and drive growth in the business market. This role is all about building strong client relationships, managing complex credits, and creating a positive, high-performing work environment. Your leadership will make a real impact on both your team and the community.

In this role you'll
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies for the Commercial Banking Center.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial lenders to build profitable relationships with business customers.
  • Monitor and manage large and complex credits across diverse industries and loan types.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to meet client needs.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters career growth and job satisfaction.
  • Manage income and expense budgets for the center.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and build strong relationships outside the team.
  • Promote the bank and its services through community involvement.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
What we're looking for
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
  • You have 8 or more years of experience in all phases of commercial lending in the local market (Required).
  • You have 6 or more years of supervisory or management experience (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • You have excellent credit skills and can structure, monitor, and manage complex loans across industries.
  • You possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting.
  • You excel in sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management.
  • You are proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • You understand federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial lending.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $210,000 - $225,000
  • Annual incentive potential
