You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic team, ensuring the setup and operation of advanced automated wafer fabrication equipment aligns with our fast-paced production goals. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet critical schedules and maintain quality standards. Working primarily during the night shift, you'll thrive in an energetic, collaborative environment that encourages problem-solving and innovation. Expect a hands-on experience where multitasking and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as you will handle delicate wafers and perform essential data entry tasks. Standing and moving around the fab for extended periods will be part of your daily routine, reinforcing teamwork and engagement within our state-of-the-art facility.   • Operate and maintain multiple automated wafer fabrication equipment to ensure seamless production.
  • Execute wafer fab processes with precision, adhering to all specifications and documented procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with Production and Wafer Fab Engineering Teams to resolve production and tool issues.
  • Monitor and meet on-time production schedules and goals within the Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) department.
  • Engage in data entry tasks related to production transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination for handling fragile wafers during loading and unloading processes.
  • Support and mentor new team members to foster a collaborative team culture and continuous improvement.

You have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience with automated wafer fab equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and production reporting
  • Proven hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
