ROLE SUMMARY:
To continue our solid growth, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our growing organization. This position will be part of our Customer Service/Operations team, responsible for order management and high-level customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review and process complex internal and external customer orders with products ranging from consumables to capital equipment to services and spare parts ensuring complete accuracy
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide order acknowledgements, order verification, and rescheduling information
  • Own order lifecycle from PO receipt to delivery including allocation of stock, order file creation, and ship confirmations
  • Utilize judgement to resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Work with the Commercial and Operations groups to expedite orders when appropriate
  • Utilize Infor Syteline ERP and Salesforce.com for order processing
  • Identify process changes to improve response time, accuracy, and data reliability
  • Maintain customer sales order files in ERP and CRM
  • Follow internal SOPs to maintain SOX compliance and ISO 9001/13485 compliance
  • Work closely with complex orders and shipping requirements for our APAC Distribution Partners
  • Manage complex orders and shipping requirements with internal logistics teams and external logistic partners
  • Special Projects as needed


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years' work experience, customer service or customer facing experience
  • High level of Computer Literacy required including excel, outlook, word etc.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Order entry experience (Salesforce or similar) a plus

  • General knowledge of shipping terms and working with distributors
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated, must work well independently and with others to follow through on assigned tasks
