Job Description:

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

Compiles and maintains government and customer material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts per contractual requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



  • Will support analysis reviews of the Property Control System.
  • Use knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements, practices and standards to complete the work assignments.
  • Maintain records within the Government Property Control System.
  • Maintain a Customer Property Control database.
  • Perform routine internal audits of the property functions.
  • Coordinate annual physical inventories of Government Property located on-site and Government Property located at subcontractor sites.
  • Perform audits of Subcontractors Government Property Control System.
  • Prepare shipping documentation for Government / Customer Property as required.
  • Prepare and submit annual Government reports.
  • Prepare and submit Customer specific reports as required.
  • Submit required documents for excess Government property as required.
  • Complete disposition instructions of Government property as required.
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.


Other Job Functions:



  • iAssist the Quality Department with scanning of contractual documents.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years experience in manufacturing environment, preferred.
