Job Description

The Quality Engineer Intern is responsible for conducting routine tests and inspections on products, assisting the Quality Manager with data collection. They will perform capability studies, first-piece inspections & records results, as well as assisting with ISO compliance and training. The Quality Engineer Intern participates in special projects as needed and works with other departments to ensure a quality product.

Qualifications:

• Currently in College or University - Post Grads are accepted!
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Ability to work well both independently and with a team.
• Blueprint reading skills strongly preferred.
• ERP knowledge required.
• Experience operating Faro equipment, CAD/CAM experience and Tooling Design experience preferred.
• Previous experience in with CNC/Press Brake/Oxy-Fuel machining and welding strongly preferred.
• PPAP/APQP experience also preferred.
