As a Senior Designer specializing in environmental experience design, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the creative ideation for various projects. You will leverage your strong creative aesthetic and brand-driven strategic thinking to design a wide array of branded applications, enhancing both customer-facing environments and internal spaces. This hands-on position demands a deep understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail, empowering you to develop compelling concepts that align with business objectives and elevate the brand.

What You'll Do:



  • Generate impactful creative ideas for a broad scope of graphic applications, including customer-facing environments, event spaces, and corporate settings.
  • Apply your extensive design experience to execute diverse deliverables such as environmental branding, in-store signage, dynamic digital screen content, event assets, and print collateral.
  • Utilize your design skills and knowledge to develop compelling themes, ideas, and designs that are on-brand and meet strategic business goals.
  • Present design concepts effectively, serving as a subject matter expert in formal meetings with senior leaders and cross-functional teams for design reviews and approvals.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and contribute as a dependable team player.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal, cross-functional, and external partner teams to deliver on project briefs and ensure the flawless execution of ideas.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer in a design firm, agency, or corporate environment, with a portfolio showcasing contributions to breakthrough creative, including signage and branding.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and traditional hand sketching.
  • Comprehensive concept-to-production knowledge for preparing files for print implementation.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in developing concepts for environmental branding and signage.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • A keen interest in retail, interior design, visual merchandising, experiential design, and the integration of AI and digital technologies.
  • Ability to create designs that not only reflect but also expand upon brand guidelines, demonstrating expert knowledge of typography, color, and composition.
  • A passion for strategic and creative problem-solving to effectively meet business objectives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the latest retail concepts and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate impactful creative ideas and executions that consistently deliver on and adhere to brand vision and standards.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Education:



  • A Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.50 to $42.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
