**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager to independently lead the full lifecycle of advanced programs. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate activities that deliver significant business outcomes, establish systems for proactive identification of improvements, and drive future optimizations, including comprehensive change management and performance metrics. You will leverage your independent judgment and program management methodologies to navigate undefined cross-functional challenges, ensuring programs remain on track amidst evolving circumstances. Your ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships will be key to effective decision-making and program success.

**What You'll Do**

* Independently author comprehensive program charters, defining scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, risks, and dependencies for advanced initiatives.

* Develop detailed project plans, breaking down complex projects into discrete phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear visibility into program constraints.

* Cultivate trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making, optimize team roles and responsibilities, and manage escalations collaboratively.

* Design and implement predictable program communication plans, tailored for diverse stakeholder groups, and represent the program team across various touchpoints.

* Execute and develop change management rollout plans, including impact analysis, in close collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring progress and resolving any misalignments.

* Independently determine and collect necessary data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining project trackers and status reports.

* Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, ensuring alignment with best practices for product quality, inclusivity, and brand integrity.

* Define robust program governance structures, including effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, while leading productive program team meetings.

* Determine program phasing and establish metrics for continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to set regular checkpoints and transparently communicate program pivots.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Demonstrated proficiency in Communications Management, ensuring clear and consistent information flow across all program stakeholders.

* Proven experience in Team Management, optimizing team roles, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts.

* Expertise in Managing Organizational Change, including developing and executing change rollout plans and addressing resistance.

* Strong Technical Judgment, enabling sound decision-making in complex technical environments.

* Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships and managing expectations across diverse groups.

* Advanced Planning capabilities, including authoring program charters, creating detailed project plans, and identifying risks and dependencies.

* Proficiency in Portfolio Management, overseeing multiple programs and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.

* Deep User understanding and empathy, ensuring program outcomes are aligned with user needs and experiences.

* Strong capabilities in Execution and Governance, driving programs to completion while establishing robust oversight mechanisms.

* A commitment to Continuous Improvement, utilizing metrics and feedback to refine processes and outcomes.
