Role Summary

We are looking for an inspirational leader to build and lead a team of Recruiters that will partner closely with the business to grow and scale our world-class engineering and G&A organizations.


Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, develop an inclusive team of Recruiters focused on technical recruiting for our R&D and G&A teams
  • Lead and execute a strategy that takes into account Rivian's need to hire diverse professionals at the top of their fields located all over the world
  • Drive adoption of high performance recruiting culture and remove tech and process barriers to achieve increased performance targets.
  • Partner closely with the business in all aspects of the recruitment process and assessment practices to ensure Rivian is making high quality hiring decisions promptly
  • Drive mastery of interview and assessment techniques within your team and across stakeholder groups
  • Build a deep understanding of the business and relevant markets to help shape recruitment and sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a relative discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience leading recruiting teams in tech, automotive, or manufacturing
  • A track record of building and leading high-performance teams responsible technical recruiting
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills
  • Critical thinking/problem-solving skills
  • Process mindset
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and how to convert them into actionable intel for the recruiting team and the business that you support
  • Highly collaborative and able to manage cross-functional stakeholders

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $201,300 to $287,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
