What You'll Do

IronArch Technology is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale IT, cybersecurity, and data modernization initiatives within the federal landscape. Operating at the Senior Principal level in IronArch's Delivery organization, this individual provides both strategic and technical leadership across complex, multi-year efforts that integrate cloud, security, and data-driven operations.

In this role, you will guide program execution from planning through delivery-establishing governance frameworks, driving Agile and ITIL-aligned practices, and ensuring every workstream meets scope, schedule, and quality objectives. You will oversee risk management, quality assurance, and performance reporting while maintaining compliance with federal and DoD standards such as the Risk Management Framework (DoDI 8510.01), Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (CC SRG IL4/IL5), and emerging Zero Trust Architecture principles.

The Senior Technical Program Manager acts as a trusted advisor to government and partner stakeholders, translating technical complexity into actionable insight and measurable outcomes. You'll coordinate activities across cybersecurity, data operations, and IT modernization teams, fostering collaboration among internal and external partners. While this position carries no formal direct reports, it involves supervisory and mentoring responsibilities for technical leads and subcontractors-cultivating alignment, accountability, and delivery excellence across distributed teams.

This role is central to advancing IronArch's reputation for excellence in secure, high-impact federal technology delivery.
