Loan Review Officer

As our Loan Review Officer, you will oversee the Bank's internal loan review and audit processes while supporting strong asset quality. This role reviews loan files for accuracy, documentation, and compliance with credit standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, working closely with management to identify and address potential risks.

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you'll need to be our Loan Review Officer:

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
• Five-plus years of financial analysis experience.
• Two-plus years of formal loan review experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to train new team members and answer co-worker questions.
• Knowledge of industry lending policies, procedures, and related government regulations.

What you'll do as the Loan Review Officer:

• Verify quality, completeness, accuracy of supporting loan documentation and analysis.
• Assist and consult loan officers, other lending personnel, auditors, and regulatory examiners.
• Support the outside loan review activities and communications.
• Prepare various detailed spreadsheets, reports, graphs, and charts for reporting purposes.
