Description Client is seeking a Content Design Contingent Worker with expertise in AI prompting, product strategy, and tool development for creators and consumers. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience from the gaming industry and a passion for building innovative, user-centric experiences in the metaverse. Key Responsibilities AI Prompting & Content Design Develop and optimize AI-driven content experiences, including prompt engineering for generative AI tools within Horizon. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to create intuitive, engaging user flows powered by AI. Product Strategy & Development Partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for creator and consumer tools in the metaverse. Translate user insights and business goals into actionable content strategies and product requirements for Horizon's core experiences. Tool Building for Creators & Consumers Design and launch tools that empower creators and/or consumers, focusing on usability, engagement, and scalability in virtual environments. Advocate for creator and consumer needs throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Horizon's mission. Gaming Industry Expertise Apply deep understanding of gaming platforms, player communities, and game mechanics to inform content and product decisions for Horizon. Identify opportunities to enhance metaverse experiences through innovative content and AI-driven features. Skills Content strategy, Content writing, gaming, AI, Ux Top Skills Details Content strategy,Content writing,gaming,AI Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualifications At least 7+ years of professional experience in content design, product strategy, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in AI prompting and tool development. Proven success building tools for creators and/or consumers, ideally within the gaming industry or virtual worlds. Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch, in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with gaming platforms, player engagement strategies, and industry trends. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with generative AI models and prompt engineering in immersive environments. Background in designing content for both creator and consumer audiences in the metaverse or gaming. Prior work in a gaming company or on gaming/metaverse-related products. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for virtual experiences. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
