Assists the Manager in achieving guest, employee, and financial goals. Supervises facilities staff, manages work order program, responds to emergency maintenance calls. Performs basic maintenance jobs. Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Minimum of 2 years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in building maintenance. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, homeowners, Boards, and staff. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
