Responsibilities

Bruker Energy and Supercon Technologies (Bruker EST) is the world leader in the production of superconducting wires. For more than 50 years, our high performance superconductors have met the needs of healthcare, academic and industrial organizations worldwide, helping drive new discoveries in the clinical and pharmaceutical sectors, including the breakthrough technology of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning, advanced materials science, and sustainable energies.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and distributing materials. Additional responsibilies will include preparing labels and packing materials for shipment. Another key responsibility will be to load and unload trucks, containers and operate industrial powered equipment (forklift).

Bruker OST is a manufacturing facility and we seek candidates with previous manufacturing experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

    Operate industrial powered equipment, such as forklifts, to load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Check for damages or discrepancies in incoming goods and report issues promptly.
  • Move incoming and outgoing materials and products to designated storage areas.
  • Pick, pack, and label products for shipment.
  • Assist with material disposal using an industrial scrap machine.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of shipping and receiving activities.
  • Keep work areas clean and safe, following company safety and housekeeping procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the department.
  • Handling and transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Follow all safety regulations as outlined in the OST Safety Manuals.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics training is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, material handling, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (current certification preferred).
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to follow all safety regulations

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated hourly range for this full-time position is between $14.00/hr and $22.00/hr and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
