LPN - Health Centers Float

This is a float position. Candidate will travel to various locations within Essex County to provide care at our six community-based health centers.

The Licensed Practical Nurse assists with assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care. The LPN performs therapeutic nursing measures with accuracy, safety and efficiency consistent with current nursing standards.

Education / Skills Required:
* Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
* Must possess a current NYS License.
* Must be able to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology.
* Previous experience as Licensed Practical Nurse preferred, with the ability to satisfactorily complete training program.
* Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to interact with patients, patient's families, staff and management.
* Must be highly motivated, able to work outside the normal working hours as volume demands.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
