Located in beautiful Middlebury, Vermont, Helen Porter provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a warm, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, respect, and exceptional clinical care. What You'll Do As an RN or LPN on our overnight team, you will: Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and assisted living residents Assess resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor resident health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Collaborate with providers, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary team members Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect Serve as an advocate for resident-centered care and quality outcomes Qualifications RN Candidates Current Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred LPN Candidates Current Vermont Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills All Candidates Ability to work independently during overnight hours Excellent teamwork and customer service skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care Current BLS certification preferred Why Helen Porter?
