We are looking for a Internal Communications Manager who is collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven to join us in our Internal Communications team. This is a hybrid position based in our office in Atlanta, GA.

About the role

You will be working in a team that leads the development and execution of internal communication strategies to drive employee engagement, support change management, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization. Your work will foster a positive workplace culture and help teams stay connected and informed.

Who you'll work with

You will be working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Insights to Impact and Project Management, as well as internal and external agencies. Our team values collaboration, continuous improvement, and a supportive environment where everyone's voice matters.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with our mission and values.
  • Craft engaging messages, articles, newsletters, and digital content for employees.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to support organizational goals and change initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of newsletters, intranet articles, and leadership communications.
  • Support change management with clear, timely communication during transitions.
  • Measure and improve communication effectiveness using data and feedback.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years' experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
  • Experience managing digital platforms, including intranets and SharePoint.

Preferred requirements

  • Proven track record in planning and executing employee communications campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing metrics for engagement initiatives.
  • Experience managing content for various internal channels (email, video, intranet).
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving communication effectiveness.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to results.

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-$194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
