JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Internal Communications Manager who is collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven to join us in our Internal Communications team. This is a hybrid position based in our office in Atlanta, GA. About the role You will be working in a team that leads the development and execution of internal communication strategies to drive employee engagement, support change management, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization. Your work will foster a positive workplace culture and help teams stay connected and informed. Who you'll work with You will be working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Insights to Impact and Project Management, as well as internal and external agencies. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-$194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
