Requirements

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Safety is Priority 1- Ensure the Distribution Safety is always working in accordance with Furlani and OSHA standards. Awhile always equipment, racking systems, shipping/receiving doors, dock plates and yard are free from hazards

* Execute on the weekly workflow to balance labor between shifts and plants

* Ensure all department equipment (warehouse technology including RF, packing systems, shipping systems, and forklifts etc) are functioning, as required

* Developing and communicating KPI's/metrics for all Distribution Team members, which will help measure employee productivity and effectiveness

Qualifications

* Forklift certification

* Previous responsible for supervising and directing others

* Experience with Process Improvement tools LEAN and 5S and Kaizens

* Experience with TMS and ERP programs
