The Associate Replenishment Manager will work closely with the Walmart Senior Replenishment Manager, Sales Account Managers, and Internal Operational Partners to help deliver goal level KPI's (in stock, inventory, OTIF) and achieve POS goals while maximizing efficiencies within the supply chain. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Primary focus on driving sales and profits through innovative replenishment approaches, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to ensure store level instocks and inventories are in line with the company's objectives
For assigned categories serve as key point of contact with Walmart Replenishment Manager for all store and DC replenishment issues & tactics
Help ensure Modular execution by coordinating item setup, forecasts loading, on time ordering timing, and GRS system settings
Responsible for assigned categories Dept inventory and service level/in-stock position to ensure smooth flow of merchandise into and out of DCs and stores
Support management unproductive inventory, identify trends and develop recommendations to correct issues
Support Management of the Seasonal Warehouse program at Walmart, including item/DC selection, DC filling, maintenance during season, and limit returns late-season when appropriate
Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers that interface with replenishment
Active participant in the Forecasting process including insights on seasonal profiles and seasonal launch, maintenance, conclusion, and off season transitions
Conduction 30/60/90 day collaborative meetings and "seasonal checkpoints" with customer Replenishment Managers
Ad hoc reporting and analysis on an as-needed basis
Education and Experience Profile
Bachelor's degree Preferred (sufficient related experience may be a substitute)
Prior experience in operational role preferred, other CPG experience may substitute
Inventory management, retail Supply Chain, Retail Link, GRS experience preferred
SAP, forecasting, Retail Link, experience preferred
