Job Summary This position serves in an assistant capacity to the Program Manager. Serves in an acting capacity in the absence of the Program Manager. Assists in the development and implementation of services, supports, and programing of persons served. Provides support to staff to ensure active engagement and a healthy and safe environment. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulatory guidelines, including Medicaid, Licensing, and CARF as well as other funding sources and company policy/procedure.
