Lead a diverse team in multi-facility security operations. Manage guard operations, alarm systems, access control, and cutting-edge video management systems. What You'll Do

  • Manage the security program for multiple locations.
  • Manage the budget for the department, submit PO requests, manage vendor contracts, keep comprehensive budget records to present to leadership.
  • Complete physical security audits to ensure minimum security standards are met.
  • Ensure all security systems are functional and arranging repairs as necessary.
  • Coordinates all security guard operations and ensures the quality of the guard force is satisfactory.
  • Conducts regular training of TD SYNNEX personnel regarding loss prevention and security issues.
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time, must be able to organize and follow through on all tasks.
  • Maintains a proactive stance and makes recommendations that enhance the company's security posture. Maintains an ongoing close liaison with appropriate law enforcement agencies.
  • Assist the Safety Department with the ongoing improvement and sustainability of an integrated health and safety system for the local facility.
  • Travels to other TD SYNNEX Logistic Centers to support their security function when needed.20% Travel Required.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
  • Highly organized with experience in managing a budget.
  • Higher education degree preferred.
  • Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
  • Able to conduct in-depth interviews and investigations relating to criminal and/or civil violations.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. Able to facilitate group interactions.
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology and use relevant computer system applications.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of and ability to handle potential hostile situations until the arrival of law enforcement authorities.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
