What does a Senior IT Product Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?


As a Senior Product Manager in our IT organization, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Logistics organization, leading product initiatives across multiple domains. You will align technology initiatives with the logistics teams' business goals, identify gaps in technical capabilities, and drive the execution of cross-functional teams. Overseeing the full product lifecycle, you will foster stakeholder engagement, ensure delivery of business value through agile practices and innovation, and mentor junior team members to promote collaboration and career growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in technology management that is ready to support logistic and warehouse advancements in a dynamic IT environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Align technology initiatives with Logistics business objectives, identifying market trends, innovative solutions, and technical needs to drive value for stakeholders and users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Logistics leaders and business unit managers, collaborating to shape long-term IT strategies and gather requirements for product enhancements tailored to logistics and warehousing operations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic IT products, from ideation and planning to launch, assessment, and iteration.
  • Lead the implementation of product management principles across functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and products; manage a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners, providing mentorship and fostering team collaboration.
  • Implement agile practices, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement through iterative solutions, and facilitate agile ceremonies to enhance team efficiency.
  • Leverage emerging tech trends and conduct market analysis to propose enhancements that maximize business impact and user satisfaction within the Logistics context.
  • Oversee product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and support for users, support teams, and enablement initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with the Logistics team's needs.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as business value delivery (e.g., revenue, customer lifetime value, churn), user adoption rates, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, return on investment, product strategy alignment, intake-to-solution time, time-to-market, team engagement scores, career progression tracking, documentation discoverability, portfolio performance, product line revenue, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI achievement rates.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field

    • Master's degree is a plus


  • 6+ years in product management, with a demonstrated history of leading initiatives, products, or services that drive organizational technology evolution, preferably in support of logistics or operations functions.

    • Or 8+ years in technology management roles with relevant functional experience supporting Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations teams.


  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, product management, and vendor management
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
