ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be multi-task oriented. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Windows, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), property management and/or finance software. Requires strong sales, customer relations and customer service skills. Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree (B.A.), with a degree in business, finance, economics or related field; two years of related, progressive experience in property management, sales and administrative support; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to prepare and write routine reports, correspondence and work orders. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages, as well as effectively calculate tenant leases, statements, etc. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems, prioritize customer service issues and solutions. Ability to work independently to complete tasks and work in a timely manner. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have valid state drivers license and proof of insurance. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and walk on marina docks and finger piers. Salary: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting.
