As a Technical Program Manager of New Market Entry on the Semi Truckteam,you will play a critical part in scoping new marketsto deploy as part of the global vehicle strategy. Responsibilities includescopingand readying charging and service infrastructure,setting up localized order operations and software, and scopinghomologation,traderequirements,andlocalizedpoliciesassociated with entering a market.
To meetthegoals forthis roleyou will need to behighlymotivated with exceptional management and organizational skills. Develop and execute deployment strategy forthe TeslaSemiTruck expanding inNew Markets Align deployment plans acrossvehicle, software, charging,policy, finance,and service organizations Prepare executive materials driving key business decisions, including spending and expansion Scope new markets,consideringcost, lead time, resourcing, and customer base
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager with a technical scope of work Experience with data acquisition, analysis, and processing tools, a plus Experience in an engineering environment with responsibility for implementing efficient changes and streamlining processes Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment on several different projects Demonstrated experience in coordinating with multiple cross functional teams Driven and willing to undertake great challenges, and to manage development & validation projects across a variety of programs and initiatives, often with conflicting or overlapping priorities Understanding oflogistics ortruckingindustry customerneeds
