As a Technical Program Manager of New Market Entry on the Semi Truckteam,you will play a critical part in scoping new marketsto deploy as part of the global vehicle strategy. Responsibilities includescopingand readying charging and service infrastructure,setting up localized order operations and software, and scopinghomologation,traderequirements,andlocalizedpoliciesassociated with entering a market.

To meetthegoals forthis roleyou will need to behighlymotivated with exceptional management and organizational skills. A technical background is key given how closely you will be working across a broad group of engineering teams.Additionally,quick thinking and sound judgement under pressure isrequired. What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute deployment strategy forthe TeslaSemiTruck expanding inNew Markets

  • Align deployment plans acrossvehicle, software, charging,policy, finance,and service organizations

  • Prepare executive materials driving key business decisions, including spending and expansion

  • Scope new markets,consideringcost, lead time, resourcing, and customer base


What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager with a technical scope of work

  • Experience with data acquisition, analysis, and processing tools, a plus

  • Experience in an engineering environment with responsibility for implementing efficient changes and streamlining processes

  • Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment on several different projects

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating with multiple cross functional teams

  • Driven and willing to undertake great challenges, and to manage development & validation projects across a variety of programs and initiatives, often with conflicting or overlapping priorities

  • Understanding oflogistics ortruckingindustry customerneeds
