As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the property. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at commercial real estate locations by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as directed by site procedures.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management as needed.
• Collaborate with property management and other staff to address security-related matters and provide a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
