As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic technology-focused location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry within the location.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to company and client protocols.
• Work closely with client representatives and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support the needs of the location.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location, especially in areas critical to the operations of the technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Maintain an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
