We are seeking a visionary Principal Service Engineer to lead AI architecture initiatives that transform IT service delivery at scale. This role will design and implement AI-driven guardrails, governance and solutions to optimize workflows, enhance resilience, and deliver exceptional caregiver experiences. They will translate complex caregiver, business, and technical requirements into resilient, compliant service architectures that meet KPIs for availability, quality, cost, and caregiver satisfaction. This role will design the future of reliable, scalable, caregiver and patient focused AI services. Providence offers hybrid work options for candidates living within a daily commuting distance-up to 65 miles-from any of our primary office locations listed below.
