General Counsel: Compliance and New Business (CNB) and Systems TeamWhite & Case opens more than 13,000 matters every year, or 1 matter per hour, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Compliance and New Business (CNB) Team who undertake this work play a key role in assisting Partners and fee earners to identify potential conflicts of interest during new business intake. They are at the heart of the Firm's operations, and they rely heavily on technology to succeed. The Systems Team work closely with the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) and CNB. They oversee the technology and system operations of the department, including the new business intake and conflict checking system. They play a vital role in cross-functional change management initiatives and on-going daily technical support for CNB and other Business Services departments. They provide strategic planning and direction, agree priorities and ensure all system changes and support is completed to a high standard within acceptable timeframes. The CNB and Systems Team are integral to the Firm's ability to manage risk, ensure compliance, and deliver seamless client service. This role will collaborate closely with both teams, leveraging technology and business analysis to optimize workflows and support the Firm's strategic objectives. Position SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst is a pivotal role. This position is responsible for translating business requirements into technical actionable solutions, with a particular focus on Intapp applications. The Analyst will drive process improvements, support system enhancements, and facilitate testing and training to ensure the Firm's conflicts and new business intake operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices. They will provide strategic directions to meet business objectives and will have some oversight of internal resources and external third parties. They will lead projects from concept to implementation and will be responsible for inputting into the road map of future enhancements and planning. The Analyst will be joining a high-performing, collaborative department and can expect to contribute to projects and initiatives with global impact from day one. Duties and Accountabilities1
