Description Seeking a highly motivated IT Risk & Compliance Analyst to join the Information Security team. This is a critical role with no current dedicated IT compliance personnel, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one. You'll be responsible for managing IT risk and compliance initiatives, supporting audit responses, and conducting security reviews of third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will bring experience with GRC tools (preferably LogicGate), a strong understanding of NIST frameworks, and a passion for improving IT governance processes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the IT risk register in LogicGate Support internal IT risk discussions and documentation Respond to internal and external IT audits (not performing audits) Conduct security reviews for over 120+ vendors annually, including new and existing vendors Review agencies and law firms from a security and compliance perspective Collaborate with the vendor management team on third-party risk management (TPRM) Perform control mapping and ensure alignment with frameworks like NIST and NYDFS (NYDFS experience is a plus, not required) Contribute to AI governance discussions and initiatives (preferred) ________________________________________ Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT Risk, Compliance, or Information Security Hands-on experience with LogicGate or similar GRC platforms Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks (required) Familiarity with AI governance concepts (preferred) Experience with vendor security reviews and third-party risk assessments Ability to respond to audits and manage compliance documentation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Skills* Compliance, Information security, Risk management, Risk assessment, Risk analysis, Third party risk, Security, Nist, Cyber security Top Skills Details Compliance,Information security,Risk management,Risk assessment,Risk analysis,Third party risk,Security,Nist,Cyber security Additional Skills & Qualifications Certifications (Preferred): CRISC, CISA, or CISSP Will consider Security+ for strong candidates Additional Details: Work Environment: Hybrid - in-office presence required on specific days Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Farmington Hills, MI.
