About the Role: This role works closely with community members to improve their well-being and support an individual aging experience. This position is directly responsible for facilitating evidence-based programs, wellness initiatives, and personalized guidance for members and clients. This specialist also assists with outreach activities and supports the development of new and expanded program offerings, in-person, virtually, and at off-site locations. Minimum Qualifications:
