Under the general direction of the Vice President, Patient Services, or designee, perform a wide variety of duties including acting as an on site Administrator, serving as a consultant and resource person for Nursing staff including providing of administrative and clinical supervision, collaborate with other applicable hospital departments and services to assure a high standard of patient care, performing of other administrative and related duties, etc. A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is preferred. Current Massachusetts R. N. License is required. Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills and demonstrated decision making ability required. Management experience is preferred. Over five years up to and including seven years of progressively responsible work experience including some leadership experience is required. Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. BCLS Certification required. ACLS Certification required. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
