About the role

2026 Auctane Summer Internship Program:
Please read before applying

Eligibility:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program. Students graduating in May 2026 are not eligible for the program

Duration:
Paid, 9-week internship

Schedule:
40 hours per week, with the exception of the week of July 4th.

Program Dates:
June 9, 2025 - First day of onsite orientation
August 13, 2025 - Final day of the program

Location:
Hybrid role based in Austin, TX
In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Remote: Monday and Friday

Interviews:
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis through March 31st

About the team

This is an internship role within the Project Management Operations department.

What will you be doing?



  • Collaborate with senior project managers to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and update stakeholders on key milestones, potential risks, and delays.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Support the tracking of project budgets, expenses, and forecasts, ensuring projects stay within scope and financial guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
  • Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist with research on industry best practices, competitive analysis, and data collection to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Help identify areas for improvement in project workflows, helping the team implement more efficient processes or tools.


What are we looking for?



  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university
  • Degree path in Business with an interest in a project management
  • High level of operational focus, strong analytical skill, attention to details.
  • Ability to connect high level strategy to tactical actions
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence, motivate, and challenge stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
