POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Technology Team at Milliman, Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to hire a Web Content Coordinator. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deploy new digital content in a timely and accurate manner
- Build, update, and publish webpages within Sitecore, following established templates, components and governance standards
- Develop simple HTML/CSS - test and review code to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Translate print and electronic documents into formats suitable for web-based presentation.
- Perform minor image manipulation tasks such as creating document thumbnails.
- Maintain directory structure for files and images not managed within the content management system.
- Work with the editorial team to ensure that all information posted is accurate and conforms to corporate marketing editorial standards and guidelines.
- Assign and maintain content tags and metadata in Sitecore to ensure accurate site navigation, search results and reporting.
- Conduct routine website reviews to identify broken links, missing images, and formatting issues
- Assess the functionality and user experience of web pages, making recommendations for change as appropriate
- Manage and execute Sitecore scripts to support publishing, clean-up, automation, and other operational needs.
- Create and update process documentation for website content management,
- Manage website content requests and projects in Wrike, ensuring tasks are clearly scoped, prioritized and delivered on schedule.
- Help manage the web team inbox to ensure all stakeholder requests are acknowledged, tracked, and followed up on
- Test compatibility with current browsers.
- Test ADA compliance.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience working as a web content coordinator or site administrator.
- The ideal candidate must have hands on experience with HTML.
- The ideal candidate must have hands on experience with CMS such as Sitecore.
- The ideal candidate must have process documentation and development experience.
- The ideal candidate must have familiarity with running or supporting CMS scripts.
- The ideal candidate should have understanding of web accessibility standards.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
LOCATION: This is a remote role. This job posting is expected to close on February 15th, 2026 COMPENSATION: The overall salary range for this role is $71,700 - $131,905. For candidates residing in:
- Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Newark, San Jose, San Francisco, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $82,455 - $131,905.
- All other locations the salary range is $71,700 - $114,700.
