Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire a Commercial Service Advisor
POSITION: Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Advisor to support our growing business-to-business fleet service operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet clients, ensuring efficient communication, accurate diagnosis, and timely service solutions that keep customer vehicles on the road. Key responsibilities include partnering with business customers to understand vehicle concerns, coordinating inspections and diagnostics, reviewing fleet maintenance histories and service schedules, and recommending appropriate repairs and preventative maintenance. The Commercial Service Advisor prepares detailed repair orders by documenting symptoms, findings, required repairs, and labor, secures client approvals, and accurately enters all information into the service management system. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to minimizing vehicle downtime for commercial clients. All resumes received will be held in the highest confidence. REQUIREMENTS: Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. ADP experience is preferred. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
