Description

As a Contact Center Operations Support Intern, you will assist the operations team in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting day-to-day activities within the contact center environment. This role provides hands-on experience in analyzing performance metrics, documenting workflows, and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer experience and agent productivity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn industry best practices, and gain exposure to tools and technologies used in contact center operations.


Project Goals

  • Identify Operational Inefficiencies: Examine workflows and processes for bottlenecks or redundancies. Document at least 3 process inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations by Week 6.
  • Enhance Documentation and Knowledge Management: Update operational procedures and training materials. Complete updates to 2 key process documents and ensure they are accessible in the knowledge base by the end of the internship.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with contact center tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role requires you to be present in person at our main office.
