Position Summary: This position serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Athletics Department and plays a key leadership role in the overall management, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the department. The incumbent will work closely with the Director of Athletics to provide high-level oversight, guide departmental initiatives, and offer expert counsel on both short and long-term operational priorities to ensure the continued growth and success of the athletics program.
