Overview
The Charge Registered Nurse utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice. Position Details: Charge Nurse (RN) Mercy St. Louis Rehab Hospital Position Summary The Charge Nurse (RN) provides clinical leadership and professional nursing care for assigned patients in a rehabilitation setting. This role is responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and coordination of care while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration and highquality outcomes for adult and geriatric patients.
