INDUSTRIAL SUPERINTENDENT The Superintendent is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all field operations on assigned construction projects. This role provides end-to-end leadership from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with McGough standards and values. The Superintendent leads field teams, partners closely with Project Management, and serves as a key representative to clients, trade partners, and inspectors. QUALIFICATIONS Required

The employee is occasionally required to sit and frequently climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. *** In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
