About the Role

The Senior Improvement Advisor leads, supports, and consults on performance improvement initiatives using the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Execution Method and drives the implementation and ongoing support of the Emplify Health Management System.

You'll apply Lean, Six Sigma, the Model for Improvement, and robust data analytics to drive measurable outcomes across the enterprise, supporting Pharmacy. This role also develops and delivers training, coaching, and curriculum through the Continuous Improvement Academy while advancing change management maturity and operational excellence.

  • Champion the adoption and operational support of the Emplify Health Management System.

  • Lead large, complex process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and CPI methods.

  • Apply advanced data analytics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.

  • Train and mentor leaders, staff, and clinicians through the Continuous Improvement Academy.

  • Develop and maintain improvement tools, templates, and curriculum.

  • Drive change management strategies to sustain improvements across the enterprise.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Process Improvement, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt coursework completion required; certification preferred.

  • 5+ years of quality/process improvement experience in healthcare preferred.

  • Strong skills in change management, data analytics, and workflow redesign.

  • Excellent communication and ability to teach and mentor at all organizational levels.
