Enbridge is seeking a collaborative and innovative Manager, Process & Initiative Optimization, to lead a diverse team of Specialists, Analysts, and Advisors. In this role, you will champion process improvement, support the delivery and report of priority initiatives, and work closely with the Innovation & Capability team to identify and prioritize opportunities for continual improvement. Your leadership will help shape the future of our organization and ensure we deliver on our commitment to operational excellence and benefits realization.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and advocate for the Process & Initiative Optimization function, fostering a culture of inclusion, growth, and development.

  • Set clear priorities in alignment with Enbridge's goals and ensure effective resource planning, succession, and career development.

  • Oversee the execution of process improvement efforts to support functional priorities and financial targets.

  • Monitor trends and benchmark performance against industry-leading processes to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Ensure timely and consistent reporting of all initiatives and benefits realization.

  • Collaborate across business units and central functions to drive cross-functional collaboration and identify alignments.

  • Support the Director, Organizational Excellence in facilitating annual enterprise prioritization sessions.

  • Lead a team of direct reports, including Specialists, Senior Advisors, and Business Analysts, and foster an environment where all voices are heard and valued.

Who You Are

Required:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum ten (10) years of related experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Experience leading complex, strategic work.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and executive audiences.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Excel).

Preferred:
  • Process Improvement certifications (e.g., Lean) or equivalent experience.

  • Experience establishing new departments, teams, or processes.

Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in both field and office environments.

  • Approximately 15% of travel is required.

Only for Ontario candidates: Salary Range - $160,000- $180,000 per annum.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect colour coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to work in tight spaces.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
