Okaloosa Youth Academy is a non-secure, certified juvenile justice residential facility for males located in Crestview, FL. The mission of Okaloosa Youth Academy is to increase public safety by reducing juvenile delinquency in Florida through effective prevention, intervention and treatment services that strengthen families and turn around the lives of troubled youth. Okaloosa employs dedicated professionals whose goals are to help youth develop competencies valued by the community through therapeutic and educational programming in a secure, structured environment and to promote successful transition into the community.

We are currently seeking a Case Manager. The primary role of a case manager is to counsel residents regarding psychological, emotional or adjustment problems and develops and implements performance plans. Provides clinical programming, including but not limited to case management, mental health and substance abuse education services.

Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S) from four-year college or university preferred; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or high school diploma or GED with at least 5 years experience working in related field with adolescents.
