Position Overview The Product Owner for Business Intelligence and Claim Modeling plays a central role in shaping the analytical capabilities that drive client insight, operational transparency, and strategic decision-making. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and execution for our internal Business Intelligence dashboards as well as our claims modeling product-ensuring each delivers measurable value, intuitive user experiences, and actionable intelligence for both clients and internal teams.As a key member of the Product organization, the Product Owner partners closely with Client Services, Business Analysts, Engineering, and Technical Writing to manage product enhancements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality documentation and support resources. This role also serves as a primary point of contact for client relationships related to BI and modeling, helping to interpret trends, address questions, resolve issues, and bring the "voice of the customer" into product planning. The ideal candidate blends strong analytical thinking, client empathy, technical fluency, and a proactive, collaborative approach to product delivery. Base Salary Range $95,000.00 - $120,650.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
